WHAT ARE OUR TINCTURES MADE IN?:  Our tinctures are made in gluten-free and soy-free vodka, which enables an unlimited shelf life.

OUR PROCESS:  Our tinctures are made using the more traditional slow method in small 1 gallon batches that are shaken often to give you the highest quality product.

 

• AMBER GLASS: Why we use amber bottles… They are nonporous and recyclable. We try and recycle everything we possibly can. They help keep light from the ingredients and help preserve the unique properties of the herbs and alcohol. As alcohol can be a slightly reactive substance, using a glass container that won’t react chemically with the alcohol is the ideal choice for these products. We use inert amber glass bottles that effectively maintain the quality of our extracts and oils to give you a superb product.

• PACKAGING:  We try to recycle everything we can, including packaging.  Your order may arrive in a re-purposed box from a different item.  If you are expecting an order from us, please check all in-coming packages.

RETURNS:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ~ WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE OFFER.

RESTOCKING FEE: Please note there will be a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:  We ship through the USPS and now UPS (whichever is more efficient).  Please see our SHIPPING & RETURNS page for more details.  Healing Spirits is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or slow packages.  We will do everything we can to help you locate your package, but we ask that you check with your local post office first.  PLEASE NOTE - For international orders, once your package leaves the United States, we have no control over tracking or delivery issues, including delayed deliveries.
